Tammy Colucci is an award-winning director and choreographer. She is a three-time recipient of the Hawaii State Theatre Council’s award for excellence in direction and choreography for 9 to 5, Xanadu, and Altar Boyz. Her choreographic credits in New York City include Altar Boyz (off-Broadway), Broadway on Broadway, Broadway Cares Easter Bonnet starring Liza Minnelli, A Tribute to Chita Rivera, and A Night of Broadway Stars at Lincoln Center, featuring Capathia Jenkins and Stephanie Block.
Tammy’s television credits include choreography for Rosie O’Donnell on The View and for Rachael Ray on The Rachael Ray Show. Her regional choreographic credits include Me & My Girl (Goodspeed Opera House), Legally Blonde, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Fame, Footloose, The Wiz, Pippin, Tommy, High School Musicals 1 & 2, Once Upon A Mattress, Fiddler on the Roof, Hairspray, Cabaret, Grease, Curtains—for which she received a nomination for the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Choreography, and many more.
Tammy is the owner and director of New York Dance Jamz and teaches master classes nationwide. She has also been an instructor at Rosie’s Broadway Kids, Broadway Dance Center, and Broadway Classrooms in New York City.
