Last year these two incredible talents joined us on the New Zealand Adventure, and they were such a perfect fit that we have booked them to sail with you again.

Barbara Higbie brings joy, enthusiasm, and virtuosity to every performance. She is a Grammy-nominated, Grammy award-winning composer, pianist, fiddler, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Barbara Higbie has performed on more than 100 albums.

Teresa Trull is a fiery haired vocal dynamo who combines a gutsy blues/rock style, top notch songwriting talents and sharp producing instincts in her many high energy projects. She has made five of her own recordings and is an accomplished producer of over 30 albums. Teresa’s love of horses led her to move from California to New Zealand in 2005.

Together, Barbara and Teresa recorded their first album “Unexpected”, in 1983’s (on Olivia/Second Wave Records). They are a force of emotion and musical brilliance. The chemistry and talent between the two is described as both astounding and infectious. Musically they range over a terrain that varies from blues and gospel to folk, rock, jazz and championship fiddle playing.
